He works closely with biotechnology and emerging growth companies to develop successful new business models, execute strategic intellectual property protection and litigation, and structure and negotiate technology transactions. Prior to founding Jenei LLC, Stephen was an Equity Member of Frost Brown Todd LLC and was Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Director of Intellectual Property for the University of Cincinnati, ultimately serving as the Acting Director of Intellectual Property and University Patent Officer. Stephen is admitted to practice in Ohio, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
